Neighborhood Retail / Commercial Office and Residential Areas. The Grand Mère Community Master Plan proposes several commercial opportunities within the community. Grand Mere Village, a neighborhood commercial center along Kimball Avenue is underway and will provide a restaurant, retail, commercial and office services accessible to residents of the nearby neighborhoods. Two hotel sites are available near the intersection of Grand Mere Parkway and Colbert Hills Drive. Apartment sites are located on the west side of Grand Mere Parkway, adjacent to golf holes #4, #5 and #6.
